I can honestly say, this is one of the best locations I’ve experienced—better than any other Tim Hortons I’ve visited. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is consistently excellent. The manager, Angus, is truly amazing—welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive to every customer. She’s quick and efficient, often watching over the line for pickup to ensure everything runs smoothly. Her warm smile and excellent customer service make me feel right at home every time I walk in. The place is always clean and comfortable, creating a cozy atmosphere that I look forward to. Emee, the supervisor, is also fantastic—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The entire team works so well together, making this my second home. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great coffee and exceptional service! "I believe this is one of the best Tim Hortons locations. I take steeped tea five days a week, and I only go to this one because of the wonderful staff, especially a girl named Honey. She is so kind-hearted, always friendly, and incredibly helpful whenever I need anything. I highly recommend everyone to visit this location whenever you're near Islington Station"
